Welcome to Student Orientation, Advising, and Registration (SOAR)—your first step toward a successful start as a Cardinal! During SOAR, you’ll connect with other new students, meet faculty and staff, engage with campus resources, and get help registering for your first semester of classes. We’re excited to help you get started and make NIC your new home.

Due to advising capacity, you may be placed in a small group for advising and registration. We recognize that some students have compelling personal circumstances better suited for 1:1 advising.
